Letting go of summer. Giving thanks for its abundant energies, for the warmth and the shades, the long evenings, sungazings and bathings, free feet, exposed skin and watermelon. For intensity, grief and gratitude, always. For the friendships that pulled us through and together, up and down and in and out. Letting go with gratitude to make space for the present moment once again, for all that has been waiting to come through; for new colours, flavours, temperatures and rhythms. Embracing autumn with all its layers and socks, harvesting the moment, harvesting what is. May we surrender to the cycles of life and death and renewal.
