Dalí’s rocks
A series of 5 drawings inspired by the rock formations of the Paratge de Tudela at Cap de Creus in Catalonia, Spain.
“To walk upon the same land where Romans, Greeks and Phoenicians once set up camp.
To look out onto the sea, at the bottom of which many of their ships remain.
To cast an eye on those rocks from which Dalí’s Great Masturbador sprang.
To sit on the ruins of a Club Med, demolished to let the local flora thrive once again.
To have this weird and wonderful place all to ourselves thanks to a pandemic,
is just something else!”
